OCTOBER FEST/FREAKY FRIDAY: Oct. 19-31, 2009 with tentative events planned such as workshops (mask making, scary art, etc.) a Halloween Costume/Mask contest and prizes. Details TBA. History now
online: In 1975, a group of
Kauai artists organized to "bring teachers of distinction to
Kauai to give the group instruction, so that our skills will
improve." Thus began the Kauai Society of Artists. Click

participated during the last thirty-plus years.

To give you some idea of what KSA does in a year, here is a look back at KSA's 2007-2008 year. The 2007-2008 year..was also KSA's 25th anniversary of becoming a nonprofit arts organization in Hawaii.
